It’s time for a spring clean … and I’m not talking about your kitchen cupboards! Update your daily skincare routine for the new season with these my three essential cleansers.

The first step in any spring skincare routine is cleansing. This is because it removes dirt, oil, and impurities from the skin, preparing it for the next steps in your routine. Choose a cleanser that is suitable for your skin type, whether it’s oily, dry, or sensitive.

How to Cleanse:

Morning and night, soak your face with warm water, making sure it’s not too hot as this can actually dehydrate your skin and damage sensitive areas. Apply a small amount of cleanser either with your fingertips or cotton wool. Gently massage in a circular motion, avoiding the eye area, for between 30-60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and pat, not rub, with a clean, soft towel.

I’m a great believer in the double cleanse. The first cleanse can move the dirt around your face, so doing it twice means you get deeper into your pores.

My New Edition Cleanser is the first of its kind to contain my patented formula ABEETOXIN®. It gives your skin a thorough clean and bee venom helps controls the muscles for an immediate tightening. There’s also vitamin A to resurface and repair skin cells.

Designed to hydrate skin, Hydro Cleansing Milk removes pollutants for a thorough cleanse. Using organic jojoba, the closest match to your natural oil, it balances and conditions. It’s suitable for all skin types. Thanks to its rosemary and lavender properties, it’s a great stress-reliever too.

My Cleanse & Foam is a non-abrasive exfoliator and cleanser in one. Use to improve elasticity and oil levels, and reduce shine on your T-zone. The presence of organic carrot oil – which contains healing vitamin A – also rejuvenates and repairs.

One of the most effective ways to maintain a healthy, youthful complexion is by ensuring it is properly hydrated. Read more in my latest blog post. You can shop my range of cleansers blog post.
